Have you ever felt like you're in a movie-ish situation? Like the thing that you're going through at that very moment could only happen in the movies? I felt exactly that yesterday. It's going to be a long story, so brace yourselves.
Yesterday was my last paper for Prelim 2 and since it was only Science MCQ, I only had to come to school for an hour, at 11am. Which means, I could sleep in on a school day! :> So yeah, I set my alarm at 8am, but sleeping in was so syiok that I snoozed my alarm until 8.50am (cue :O face). So yup I was already running late cause I always take forever to bathe and get ready and by 10am, I was still at home! Plus the bus decided to be slow of all Goddamned days and by the time I was at the SJI bus stop, it was already 10.30. (Cue suspense music) Then, as I was crossing the overhead bridge, I saw 151 and I ran like crazy fuck for it and I was like fyeah when I managed to catch the bus in time. I was even smiling like an idiot at random strangers in the bus cause I was just so happy I caught the bus, plus I thought 'Yay, I can make it in time for my exam!'. But you know how I don't wear my glasses unless I'm in class and I'm pretty blind, so I didn't realise that I was on 153, instead of 151, (cue :O face) until I ended up in some strange place in TPY. So I tapped the shoulder of the lady sitting in front of me and asked her what bus I was on. When she replied, 'Bus ah? Uhhh 153 ah girl!' I cussed under my breath and got down and it was already 10.45!!! The reporting time for the exam!!! So I started panicking and called everyone in my class to tell them I was lost and then I hailed a cab and the minute I was in it, I yelled "UNCLE, CEDAR AVENUE! DRIVE LIKE F1 PLEASE I'M LATE FOR MY EXAMMMM!" and then he scolded me cause he said I lacked in discipline and all but at least he drove very fast and by the time I reached the foyer it was already 10.57 and I just threw my cash at him, didn't bother taking my change, and sprinted across the courtyard and up to the hall where the rest of the Sec 4 cohort was already inside, banged open the door and their faces were like :O :O (maybe they thought I was the ghost in the hall), dumped my bag on the floor, rushed to my seat and saw that the digital clock on stage read 10.58am, exactly two minutes before the exam started. & I thought to myself, "Syu, you're Superwoman."
Told you it was a long story, but anyway PRELIMS ARE OVER BITCHES!!! And hello of course I won't delay my partying time so right after school, the 4S Kampung Kids + Lee + Aliah + Tiffy played hide-and-seek in Cedar and our Malay teacher was very nice because she let us hide in her Malay class and even pakat with us :> We even played really stupid games like charades (Hanis acting out The Exorcist was fucking hilarious), what time is it Mr Wolf, Pepsi Cola and Truth & Dare. After which we bathed in school like sneaky little unicorns and headed down to Marina Bay to break fast together and watch the fireworks since it was YOG Closing Ceremony day! You know, I am pretty sad that YOG is over because it was fun and exciting plus so many hot ang mohs in our city (No more Tom Daley). But anyway, we caught West Grand Boulevard and The Great Spy Experiment performing there and we had a fucking clear view of the YOG Closing Ceremony, because of the huge screen provided there, AND the fireworks from where we were at!

Shameless friends who approach random ang mohs, don't care if they're athletes or not.
Party first, regret later.
